DeKalb County, GA — Elizabeth Burchfield, daughter of April Allman and Christopher Birchfield, has been awarded the very competitive P.E.O. Star Scholarship, a press release announced.

Burchfield is a graduating senior at Dekalb School for the Arts. She will be attending Kennesaw State University where she intends to study statistics.

The Star Scholarship is awarded to young women who demonstrate outstanding leadership, academic achievement, extracurricular activities, community service, and potential for future success. For more information about this scholarship, click here.
