Tucker, GA —Downtown Tucker was overflowing with people as a huge crowd came out on Saturday, July 3rd for the Tucker Celebration of Independence and Fireworks Spectacular. The event, which is part of the city’s ‘TKR Summer of Fun’ series, featured live music and food and drink from local restaurants and food trucks. After the sun set, Tucker Mayor Frank Auman welcomed people back to Main Street saying, “This is the place to be tonight,” before handing it over to Tucker High School Principal Dr. Eric Parker who lit the ceremonial candle to start what everyone came to see: the fireworks spectacular.
