Tucker, GA — Tucker Brewing recently won the Georgia Lager Brewery of the Year award and other accolades.
According to a press release, “Tucker Brewing Company, a family-owned and operated brewing company located in Tucker, Ga. and admired for its German-style pilsners and helles (light) lagers, was recently presented with a gold medal by the New York International Beer Competition as the Georgia Lager Brewery of the Year. The brewing company also received a silver medal for its crisp, clean Tucker Lager and two bronze medals for its refreshingly smooth TKR Pilsner and rich malty Georgia Red Lager.”
CEO and Owner Ashley Hubbard said the company is “honored and thrilled” at the recognition.
“We pride ourselves in making the highest quality lagers and pilsners and we are so appreciative of the dedication shown by our Head Brewmaster Tucker Eagleson and each team member who helped us achieve this major milestone,” Hubbard said in the press release.
The New York International Beer Competition received 800 submissions for its 10th annual competition. Earlier this year, Tucker Brewing Company was named one of the winners of USA Today’s 10Best Beer Gardens in the U.S., the press release noted.
