Tucker, GA — A developer is seeking a special land use permit to construct 324 apartments on Northlake Center Drive in Tucker.

“The NRP Group is proposing a Class-A multifamily development located 2300 Northlake Center Drive, Tucker GA 30084,” a letter to nearby residents says. “Scope of work entails re-development of the existing vacant AT&T office building to include three hundred and twenty-four (324) multifamily units, along with sixteen (16) live-work carriage homes. The proposed development will include best-in-class amenities along with a premium finish product while aligning itself with the characteristics and aesthetic of the surrounding City.”

For the project to move forward, the developer will need a special land use permit (SLUP) from the city of Tucker.
