[UPDATE] Clarkston Police report 1-year-old has been found safe

Update: Clarkston Police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation have reported that Blaise Barnett has been found safe. Clarkston Police said more information will be provided soon.

Update: Clarkston Police report that they have located the Ford Explorer: 

Today at approximately 11:00am with the help of Dekalb County Police Department we were able to locate the vehicle involved with the incident, a 2002 Ford Explorer silver in color,within the Brannon hills condos located off memorial college Ave. The vehicle was unoccupied. Blaise along with his car seat was missing from the vehicle. The vehicle has been taken to the GBI headquarters for processing evidence. This is still a fluid and active investigation, and our top priority is to locate the missing juvenile, Blaise Barnett. Again, Blaise was last seen wearing a green tank top with dinosaur print a diaper and a blanket wrapped around his bottom half. It is The Clarkston Police Departments top priority to find Blaise.

Clarkston, GA — Clarkston Police say on Nov. 10 at 1 a.m. a 1-year-old was abducted from the 1000 Montreal Road in Clarkston.

“On November 10, 2021, at 1 a.m. [Blaise] Barnett was abducted from 1000 Montreal Road in Clarkston,” the Clarkston Police Department said in a Facebook post. “[Blaise] Barnett was seated inside this 2002 Ford Explorer when it was stolen from in front of his home. The vehicle … has a temporary tag # P2722946. [Blaise] is wearing a black shirt with blue dinosaurs printed on it. Please contact Sgt. Trumble (404-557-8956) with any information.”
