The Faith and Blue Event is held in partnership with Stone Mountain First United Methodist Church and the Stone Mountain Community Garden.

“Faith and Blue was launched to facilitate safer, stronger, more just and unified communities by directly enabling local partnerships among law enforcement professionals, residents, businesses and community groups through the connection of local faith-based organizations,” a press release says. “The Community Garden Work Day is one of the thousands of activities being held across the Country in celebration of the Faith and Blue initiative. Please join us at 9 a.m. at VFW Park (888 Gordon Street) as we build fellowship, build community connections and work together to enhance the community garden.”
